Our apartments are located in Plaza del Puente, in the old town of Alicante, at the foot of the Castle of Santa Barbara. You can walk to narrow streets, viewpoints, museums and galleries. The Santa Cruz neighborhood is just a few minutes away. In the afternoon the area is lively but not noisy, ideal for tapas and a relaxed walk. You’re close to everything, but away from the busy main streets.

Loft with private terrace, with a private roof terrace, located on the top floor of a colorful three-storey building. Compact but fully equipped, ideal for two guests, with space for one child. It includes a private bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Its strong point is the rooftop terrace above the apartment, which is accessed by a private staircase from the inside. At the level of the apartment there is a small cold water pool to cool off on hot days.
