Our apartments are modern, cozy, comfortable and fully equipped, designed for your complete rest. They are distributed in three buildings located in the heart of the historic center of Alicante. Two of them are located in the charming Plaza del Puente and one on Calle Toledo.
It is precisely in the Plaza del Puente where our office – El Pont Real Estate – is also located and right next door we invite you to our bar and restaurant, where we serve Spanish tapas, local drinks – including the well-known sangria – and a wide selection of wines.
